Refund Policy

If a provider does not approve treatment, you are not charged for the medication. Consultation fees, where shown, are non-refundable once the review is complete.

Shipped medication

Prescription medication cannot be returned once shipped. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal from your patient portal.
